1) Preheat oven to 350 Fahrenheit and line an 11ร7 or (for thicker) 8×8 pan with parchment paper
2) In medium bowl combine 6 tbsp coconut oil with 8 oz chocolate chips. Gently warm in microwave intervals of 30 seconds to melt chips. Stir until thoroughly combined.
3) mix 3 eggs, 1/3 cup peanut butter, and 3/4 cup coconut sugar into coconut oil/chocolate mixture
4) once combined, add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda, 1/4 cup flaxseed, 1/4 cup cacao powder, and 1/3 cup arrowroot starch. Stir until no dry spots remain.
5) bake for about 25 minutes, if the top still looks giggly, bake an additional 5 minutes. Serve warm OR these taste like straight up fudge when frozen ๐
