I make ice cream without condensed milk from 2 ingredients. I only spend 5 minutes

This incredibly simple ice cream recipe requires just two ingredients and only 5-10 minutes of preparation time. It’s perfect for a quick, homemade dessert that you’ll love.

Ingredients:

250 grams of your favorite jam (cherry jam is recommended for its bright aroma and taste)
400 grams of heavy cream (35% fat content recommended)

Instructions:

Prepare the Jam:

Use an immersion blender to blend the cherry jam until smooth to get rid of large pieces of fruit.
You can choose any jam according to your preference, but cherry jam works particularly well for its vibrant flavor.

Prepare the Cream:

Place the cream in the freezer for about 30 minutes before whipping to ensure it is very cold.
Shake the package of cream well until it is smooth before opening.
Ensure the whipping container is dry and clean to achieve the best texture.

Whip the Cream:

Use a hand or planetary mixer with a whisk attachment.
Start beating the cream at low speed, gradually increasing it.
Whip the cream until soft peaks form. The peaks should be firm but still soft enough to mix easily with other ingredients.

Combine with Jam:

Continue beating the cream at minimum speed and gradually add the blended jam.
Mix just enough for the cream to incorporate well with the jam. The mixture should be smooth and uniform in color.
