I’ve been putting soap in my shoes after a walk since childhood: my grandfather taught me this trick

With active movement, sweat forms on the skin, and the process occurs especially quickly in closed shoes. Sweat is an excellent breeding ground for bacteria, so without regular cleaning, sweat leads to an unpleasant odor. Very quickly, such a smell can appear in sports shoes, but getting it out of there is not so easy; washing and drying is not always enough.

To solve this problem, I take toilet soap.

You will need two bars of soap. Every time I come home, I put a bar of soap in my sneakers and leave it there until my next walk. Having done this, you will notice that soon there will be no trace of the smell left.
