These Low-Carb Cheesy Onion Ring Chips are a healthier, delicious twist on the traditional onion rings. Made with almond flour and topped with melted cheese, they are crispy, cheesy, and perfect for a snack or side dish. Best of all, they are low in carbs but big on flavor!

Ingredients:

  • Onions (sliced into 1/4-inch discs) – 2 large
  • Almond flour – 1 cup
  • Paprika – 1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cayenne pepper (optional) – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt and pepper – To taste
  • Eggs (beaten) – 2 large
  • Shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese – 2 cups
