**Apple Rolls**

**Instructions:**

It’s simple and fast. First, prepare a leavened dough for the apple rolls. To do this, take about a teaspoon of sugar and dissolve it in warm milk along with the yeast.

Now, mix the butter, sugar, and salt, add the egg, and then add the yogurt.

Then combine the flour with the yeast and knead alternately with the yeast and milk.

Knead the dough again with your hands until smooth and elastic, then place it in a covered bowl in a warm place. Let it stay for 50 minutes.

Now, wash, peel, core, and dice the apples.

Now roll out the dough with a rolling pin on a floured surface. Preheat the oven to about 200°C (390°F) conventional.

Now melt the butter and spread it over the dough. The remaining butter will be used for the subsequent decoration.

Then distribute the apple cubes over the dough and sprinkle them evenly with vanilla sugar.

Now roll up the dough lengthwise and then cut it into slices about 3 cm thick. Simply heavenly taste!

Arrange the slices spaced apart on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 15-20 minutes.

Now the apple rolls should cool completely.
