If you like sweets with the taste of baked milk, then you should like these sweets. They turn out soft, not cloying and very tasty. Moreover, they require very few products.
🔹Ingredients 🔹
✔Powdered milk (I have skim milk) – 150 g.
✔ Boiled condensed milk – 1/3 can.
✔Milk – 300 ml.
✔Agar-agar – 7 g.
✔Salt – a pinch.
✔A pinch of love and good mood (required).
Preparation
✅ We prepare the form in which the candies will freeze in advance; I covered it with parchment paper to make it easier to remove the candies later. You can cover with cling film or coat well with vegetable oil. I have a mold measuring 21×21 cm.
✅Put the dry milk in a dry frying pan and fry it over low heat until creamy. You need to stir the milk constantly. It will start to clump – don’t worry, it’s supposed to happen that way. Try to break up any clumps, but it’s okay if they remain. Do not overcook the milk, otherwise it will taste bitter.
✅ Cool the fried milk a little and grind it into powder using a blender or meat grinder so that it becomes powdery again.
✅Add boiled condensed milk to the shredded milk. Here it’s up to taste. I only used 1/3 of the jar, otherwise it would be too sweet for me, you can add more, even the whole jar.
✅To shade the taste, add a pinch of salt.
✅Pour milk into a separate container (preferably with a thick bottom), add agar to it and put it on medium heat. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and immediately add to other ingredients.
✅I use a blender for quick mixing, but you can also do this in a bowl using a mixer or a regular hand whisk.
✅Pour the mass into shape, wait until it cools, then put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
✅We remove the frozen mass, cut it into portioned sweets (size, shape at your discretion) – and you can drink tea!
✅ Store finished candies in a clean container under a lid in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
