Best Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

Prepare the Dough: In a bowl, mix the flour, dry yeast, salt, 75 g sugar, and cardamom together.

Warm the Mixture: Heat 80 g of butter and the milk together. Combine with the dry ingredients, knead the dough, cover, and let it rise for 30 minutes.

Roll and Fill: Roll out the dough and spread with a mixture of 40 g melted butter, 50 g sugar, 1 packet vanilla sugar, and 1 tbsp cinnamon.

Shape the Rolls: Roll the dough into a log and cut into 2-cm thick slices.

Bake: Brush with egg or milk and place in a non-preheated convection oven. Bake at 180-200°C for 20 minutes.
