Ingredients

10 slices bacon
1 cup finely chopped onion
10 ounces chopped frozen spinach (thawed and squeezed dry)
4 ounces crumbled feta cheese (about 3/4 cup)
4 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
2¾ pounds (about 48) button mushrooms (1½-inches in diameter, cleaned and stemmed)
