Buster Bars
Ingredients:
1 package (200g) of graham crackers or similar biscuits
1/2 cup (115g) melted butter
1 cup (250ml) sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup (120ml) creamy peanut butter
1 cup (180g) milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
Instructions:
Prepare the Base:
Crush the graham crackers or biscuits into fine crumbs. You can do this by placing them in a food processor or sealing them in a plastic bag and crushing them with a rolling pin.
Mix the melted butter with the graham cracker crumbs until well combined.
Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9×13 inch (23×33 cm) baking dish lined with parchment paper. Press firmly to create a compact crust. Place in the refrigerator to chill while preparing the filling.
