Cheese snow cake with sour cream

PREPARATION

Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat.
Knead the butter, sugar, egg, flour and baking powder into the dough, press it into a 26mm springform pan, raising one edge.
Mix the ingredients for the filling and pour it onto the dough. Bake for approx. 45 minutes.
Meanwhile, beat 3 egg whites with 3 tablespoons of sugar until stiff, put the meringue topping on the cake and bake for another 15 minutes.
