Chinese fried noodles, an absolute must every year

PREPARATION

Working time approx. 20 minutes
Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes
Total time approx. 35 minutes
Pour warm water over the noodles, let them sit for about 15 minutes (or cook according to the package instructions) until they are cooked through but not too soft, and then drain.
Cut the chicken into small pieces, boil in salted water and drain.
Put some oil in a hot wok or pan, briefly fry and stir the beaten egg, then add the onion and continue to fry briefly.
Add the carrot strips and leek and fry briefly. Then fry the noodles, season with salt, sugar and dark soy sauce, mix well and continue frying.
Add the meat and bean sprouts and mix briefly over the heat. Mix in some white pepper and a little sesame oil (approx. 1/2 – 1 teaspoon) and serve.
