 3. Chocolate-Dipped Butter Cookies
Ingredients:
⢠1 cup (225g) butter, softened
⢠ž cup (90g) icing sugar
⢠1 tsp vanilla
⢠2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
⢠2 tbsp cornstarch
⢠Pinch of salt
⢠150g dark or milk chocolate (for dipping)
Instructions:
Cream butter and sugar, add vanilla, then fold in flour, cornstarch, and salt. Roll out and cut into rounds. Bake at 170°C for 12â14 minutes until golden. Let cool, then dip half of each cookie into melted chocolate. Place on parchment until the chocolate sets.
 4. Heart Sandwich Butter Cookies
Ingredients:
⢠1 cup (225g) butter, softened
⢠ž cup (90g) icing sugar
⢠1 egg yolk
⢠2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
⢠2 tbsp cornstarch
⢠1 tsp vanilla extract
⢠Buttercream or white chocolate filling
Instructions:
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, add egg yolk and vanilla. Mix in flour and cornstarch to form soft dough. Roll out and cut with heart cutters, bake at 170°C for 12â15 minutes. Cool and sandwich with buttercream or melted white chocolate.
