Instructions:

Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, ⅓ cup brown sugar, maple syrup, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, and black pepper until smooth.

Coat Pretzels: Add the pretzels and roasted peanuts to the bowl, tossing until evenly coated.

Bake: Spread the coated pretzels and peanuts on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 30-35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until golden brown and caramelized.

Add Remaining Brown Sugar: Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the remaining ⅓ cup brown sugar. Toss gently to coat.

Cool and Serve: Allow the pretzels to cool completely on the baking sheet before serving. Enjoy!
