Homemade BROWNIE

Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease a brownie pan.
Melt the chocolate and butter together in a bowl over a bain-marie or in the microwave.
In another bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until smooth.
Add the melted chocolate mixture to the beaten eggs and mix well.
Add the sifted flour and chopped nuts (if desired) to the above mixture and mix until well incorporated.
Pour the batter into the greased pan and spread it evenly.
Bake for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few crumbs attached.
Remove from the oven and let cool before cutting into portions🌟
