We put the minced meat on the plates, fold the filling inside several times – we get small squares from the eggplant plates.
In a separate bowl, beat eggs with salt.
Add milk to the egg mixture and stir. Sift the flour into the egg mixture and knead the batter. Dip the squares into the resulting batter.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and place the battered envelopes on the surface. Fry the envelopes over medium heat under the lid on both sides.
The result is a simple dish of eggplant and minced meat. This is a good snack option for a holiday table.
