Most often I use metal sponges when cooking fish, or rather, at the cleaning stage. It turns out to be high quality, neat and the scales stay in the sink and on the sponge, and do not fly all over the kitchen.
Replacing the vegetable knife
A sponge will help clean the vegetables. If you use it instead of a knife, remember to wear gloves, they should be quite tight. You may not get it right the first time, but over time you will learn to quickly peel off just the thin top layer of skin.
