To update your wardrobe, you don’t have to go shopping; I’ll tell you how a boring sweater can be turned into a jacket. I transformed mine into a Chanel-style sweater, which seems like a timeless classic to me.
You can remake both women’s and men’s sweaters in this way. I made the trim around the edge in the same color, but with a pattern; you can take a contrasting fabric or one that matches the color of the main fabric. If desired, you can trim the item with fur.
Chanel style is distinguished by a straight cut, short length and small patch pockets.
