Instead of barbecue, I cook ribs “Canadian style” for the holiday table: they are so delicious that words cannot describe them.

Baking : After the marinating time, place the ribs on a baking sheet, cover tightly with foil and place in an oven preheated to 220 degrees for 50 minutes. Then remove the foil and pour off the liquid slightly if necessary.

Browning : Pour the sauce over the ribs and return them to the oven for another 30-40 minutes. While baking, baste the ribs with sauce again every 10-15 minutes.
