Italian Beef Sandwich Recipe

Ever since The Bear aired, everyone’s craving the perfect Italian beef sandwich. Inspired by Carmy’s fine-dining skills, we’re using sous vide for consistent, tender results.

Ingredients:

For the Beef:

2-3 lbs short ribs (or bottom/top round)

Spice mix: ground fennel seed, coriander, black pepper, red pepper flakes, paprika, oregano, thyme
Salt to taste
Ultimate Beef Bouillon Cubes (for braising liquid)

For the Sandwich:

Soft Italian rolls

Hot giardiniera (optional)
