I’ve been making this recipe for years and people lose their mind over them every time.

Instructions:

  1. Make the peanut butter filling:
Combine peanut butter, powdered sugar, butter, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  2. Shape the filling:
Roll the peanut butter mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  3. Melt the chocolate:
Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring in between until smooth and fully melted.
  4. Assemble the cups:
Line a muffin tin with paper or silicone liners. Spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into each liner, just enough to cover the bottom. Place a peanut butter ball on top of the chocolate. Then, spoon more melted chocolate over the peanut butter, covering it completely.
  5. Cool and set:
Place the muffin tin in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the chocolate set. Once set, remove the peanut butter cups from the liners and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Enjoy your delicious, homemade peanut butter cups! 🍫🥜
