Keto Garlic Flatbreads

INSTRUCTIONS
In a large bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and erythritol; let sit for five minutes or until bubbly. Add olive oil, yoghurt, egg, salt and 2 cups of flour. Mix until smooth.

Add enough flour to obtain a soft dough. Knead a few times on a floured counter until smooth.
Place the dough in a greased bowl. Cover and let it ferment in a warm place until it doubles in size.
Preheat a pan over medium heat.
