My family got hooked on this dessert in 5 minutes: no oven, no condensed milk, no flour.

Instructions:

Prepare the Gelatin:

Pour the gelatin into water, mix well, and leave it to swell.
Prepare the Waffle Base:

Place the waffles in a bowl and blend them with a blender until smooth.
Wrap a split ring with parchment paper and place it on a serving plate. Spread the prepared waffle mixture evenly on the bottom of the dish.

Prepare the Cheesecake Layers:

In a separate bowl, combine the cottage cheese, sugar, and yogurt. Thoroughly beat the mixture with a blender until smooth.
Melt the gelatin until liquid, then pour it into the cottage cheese mixture and mix well.
Divide the mixture into two parts. Add cocoa powder to one part and mix again.

Assemble the Cheesecake:

Remove the pan from the refrigerator and add two tablespoons of the cottage cheese mixture, one at a time, alternating between the plain and cocoa-flavored mixtures.
Shake the mold slightly and use a skewer to create a pattern on the surface.

Chill the Cheesecake:

Place the cheesecake back into the refrigerator for 1-2 hours until completely set.

Optional Chocolate Glaze:

If desired, prepare a chocolate glaze by chopping the chocolate and adding hot milk. Stir until smooth.
Pour the chocolate glaze over the top of the cake, allowing it to drip down the sides. Decorate with waffle crumbs if desired.

Serve:

Slice the finished cheesecake and serve with tea.
Enjoy this simple and delicious three-ingredient cheesecake! Bon appétit!
