Nut plait the way great-grandma did

Preparation:

1. Simply process all the ingredients for the dough into a smooth dough and let it rise covered for about 20 minutes.

2. Then mix all the ingredients for the filling in a bowl.

3. Now roll out the dough into a rectangle (approx. 30 x 20 centimeters), spread the nut filling on top and roll up the dough. Halve in the middle and twist the two ends together.

4. Then place it in a greased loaf tin and let it rise covered.
