Pickled schnitzels, wow, a dream!

Preparation:

Bread and fry the schnitzel the housewife style (not completely cooked, otherwise it will be too hard). Dice the bacon and fry it, add the onions and fry until translucent. Brush the fresh mushrooms and cut them into 4-5 mm thick slices and fry them until they become mushy. Add cream. Season with salt, pepper, oregano and nutmeg. Place the schnitzels in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them, adding broth until the schnitzels are covered. Cook in the preheated oven at 160°C for about half an hour. It goes well with rice and a fresh leaf salad with fresh mushrooms.
