Pie dough that rises in 5 minutes + 2 filling options

Instructions:

Prepare the Dough:

In a bowl, combine 3 cups of flour with a pinch of sugar and salt. Pour in vegetable oil and mix everything thoroughly.
Add boiling water to the flour mixture, stirring until smooth. Let it cool to around 40 degrees Celsius.
In another bowl, mix warm water with yeast until the yeast dissolves. Once foam appears on the surface, combine this yeast mixture with the custard base and stir.
Gradually add sifted flour to the yeast mixture and begin kneading the dough. Start in the bowl and then transfer the dough to a greased work surface. Keep kneading until the dough is soft and pliable.

Rest the Dough:

Cover the dough with a bowl and let it rest for 5-10 minutes.

Prepare the Fillings:

Apple Filling: Peel and grate the apples, then transfer them to a pan. Add lemon juice to taste, cover, and simmer until tender for about 5-7 minutes. Add sugar, vanilla, and a little butter, continuing to cook until the liquid evaporates. Optionally, blend the mixture with a blender and let it cool.
Cheese Filling: Cut Adyghe cheese into pieces and mash with a fork until grains form. Add salt to taste and chopped green onions or herbs if desired.

Form and Fry the Pies:

After the filling and dough are ready, form the pies and begin frying them.
Fry the pies in a frying pan with a generous amount of oil over low heat until golden brown.
Place the fried pies on a paper towel to remove excess oil before serving.
Enjoy Your Fluffy Pies:
These fillings are incredibly tasty, and I highly recommend trying them both. The combination of the fluffy dough and flavorful fillings makes for a delightful treat. Enjoy your homemade pies!
