Directions
1. Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, chili-garlic sauce, ginger and sesame oil in a 5-quart slow cooker.
2. Season the pork with salt and pepper. Add to the slow cooker, and mix with the sauce.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Pro tip: For a thicker, stickier sauce, mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch into 3 tablespoons water and stir into the slow cooker at the end of the cooking time. Cover and wait 5 minutes before serving.
