Put flank steak in a slow cooker with these 3 ingredients. It will change your life.

Instructions:

Generously season both sides of the flank steak with salt and place it in the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker.
Add the chipotle peppers with adobo sauce and beef broth.
Mix the cornstarch with 1 tablespoon of water, then whisk it into the slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 7 hours, or on high for 4 hours.
Remove the flank steak from the cooker and set it aside. Keep the sauce warm by returning the lid.
Using two forks, shred the flank steak and return the pieces to the slow cooker. Mix to combine the meat with the sauce. Taste and adjust salt if necessary.
