Quark crumble cake with cherry and vanilla filling, half is already gone!

1. Simply knead the flour, sugar, butter and cocoa powder until you have crumbs. Then grease a springform pan with a diameter of 26 cm, sprinkle it with flour and place half of the sweets in the pan and then press the bottom firmly.

2. Now wash 250 g of cherries, drain them and then remove the stone. Mix the sugar, butter, salt and vanilla sugar until creamy. Then separate the eggs. Mix the egg yolks with the fat and sugar mixture and add the quark, pudding powder and semolina to the egg yolk mixture.
3. Next, beat the egg whites until stiff. Fold the egg whites, cherries and half the chocolate chips into the quark mixture, then distribute them on the crumb base and spread the remaining chocolate chips on top.

4. Bake at 185 C° for about an hour. Halfway through the time, cover the cake and leave it to cool in the springform pan after cooking. Your new favorite cake is ready! Enjoy your meal!
