Recipe: Spinach pancakes: very tasty, simple and low in calories

In this article, we present to you a simple and tasty recipe: spinach wraps , without flour.

Ingredients: 4 egg whites, 1 handful of boiled spinach cut into pieces, 1 pinch of salt and black pepper.

Mix the spinach with the egg whites, salt and black pepper until you obtain a liquid consistency. Oil a pan and pour about a tablespoon of the mixture into it, until it is cooked. Return and continue cooking, it will only take a few minutes.

The beauty of this recipe is that, in addition to avoiding refined flours, you can choose the contents of the wraps yourself. A tip: cherry tomatoes, arugula and parmesan shavings!
