Instructions
Preheat Oven:
Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Cook Sausage:
In a skillet, cook the sausage until browned. Drain excess fat, then stir in the softened cream cheese until well combined.
Layer Casserole:
Spread the hashbrowns evenly in the prepared baking dish. Top with the sausage and cream cheese mixture.
Make Egg Mixture:
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in 1 cup of the cheddar cheese.
Pour Egg Mixture:
Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and hashbrown layers.
Top with Cheese:
Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
Bake:
Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
Serve:
