Instructions

Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes and either with your fingers or a pastry brush, spread the oil all over each potato. Sprinkle salt & pepper over each potato and if you’re going to, wrap each potato in foil, putting the bunched up part face-down.
Cook for 4 hours on high. If not using foil, I recommend flipping over the potatoes at the halfway mark so that the other side can touch the slow cooker’s surface and one side won’t get burned. Enjoy!
