To decorate the back wall of the cabinet, I found bright wallpaper with a floral print in my bins.
In order not to hide the beautiful wood pattern, the surface was covered with colorless varnish. Several layers were enough to make all the parts smooth, with a soft glossy shine.
I bought new handles; they are metal and fit well into the overall style of the bedside table.
Now this designer piece of furniture has taken its rightful place in my home.
I placed the cabinet next to the yellow chair, another improved Soviet rarity.
