The aroma of this homemade broth will spread throughout the house after the soup is cooked. The bonus is that it will not contain any chemicals, only natural products.
What do you need for this?
- 180 g chicken breast
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 medium sized onions
- 100 g of celery
- 80 g leeks
- 1 parsnip
- 400g carrots
- A small bunch of parsley
- 50 g of salt
Approach
Cut all the ingredients into large pieces. First brown the chicken and onion in vegetable oil for about 4 minutes, then add the rest of the vegetables except the parsley. Pour in about 80 ml of water, reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
