Directions:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, and chicken broth. Stir until well blended.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper if desired, then spread it evenly into a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the chicken mixture.
- In a separate bowl, combine the stuffing mix and melted butter until the stuffing is moistened.
- Spread the stuffing mixture evenly over the top of the casserole.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the stuffing is golden brown and crispy.
- Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving.
