This recipe is the perfect way to feed a crowd – I always make extra to freeze for later

Instructions:

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak cubes and cook until browned on all sides.
2. Transfer the steak to the slow cooker.
3. Add the onion, bell peppers, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, soy sauce, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.
