1.Sauté Aromatics:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add onion and garlic. Sauté until onions are translucent and garlic is fragrant.
2.Cook Purslane:
Add chopped purslane to the skillet. Stir well with onions and garlic.
