125 g wok noodles
1 handful of carrot(s) cut into strips
1 handful of bean sprouts
1 handful of leek, chopped into small pieces
1 tbsp onion(s) chopped
1 egg(s) beaten
80g chicken meat
¼ tsp sugar
1 tbsp soy sauce, dark
a bit of salt
some pepper, whiter
some sesame oil
some oil for frying
