An unusual and incredibly delicious pie made from simple ingredients

Hello everyone! Today, I’m excited to share with you a recipe for an incredibly delicious pie that I’ve made several times and just had to make again so you can all enjoy its amazing taste.

Let’s get started!

**For the Dough:**

– 100 g of butter (at room temperature)
– 1 egg
– Pinch of salt
– 2 tablespoons of sugar
– 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– 125 ml of kefir or yogurt
– 1 teaspoon of baking powder
– Approximately 320 g of sifted flour

1. In a bowl, combine the room temperature butter with the egg, salt, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix thoroughly with a spatula until smooth.
2. Add the kefir or yogurt and baking powder to the mixture, then gradually mix in the sifted flour until you have a soft dough that doesn’t stick to your hands. Form the dough into a ball and refrigerate for half an hour.

**For the Caramel and Base:**
– Bananas
– 50 g of butter
– 100 g of sugar

1. Cut the bananas in half.
2. In a cast iron or heavy metal pan, melt the butter and add the sugar. Stir constantly until the sugar is completely dissolved and turns amber to make the caramel.
3. Quickly pour the caramel into a 24 cm diameter baking dish, spreading it evenly over the bottom. Let it cool.
4. Place the halved bananas, cut side up, on top of the cooled caramel.
