Cottage Cheese Cake Recipe

Today, I want to share with you a recipe for cottage cheese cake. This method is ideal for those who value their time or have never baked but want to treat their loved ones. The preparation is simple, and the taste is delicious.

PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Let’s start with the basics. In a deep bowl, beat two eggs with 200 g of sugar, 10 g of vanilla, and a pinch of salt until a light foamy mass forms.
