Potato “pizza” in a frying pan is a simple and tasty option for dinner or lunch when you want something unusual. You can choose the filling according to your taste, be it vegetable or meat. If you wish, add a tablespoon of sour cream or flour to the potato and egg base. I present to your attention an easy recipe for which you will always find ingredients.

First, peel the potatoes; the approximate weight after peeling is about 500 grams. This will give you a base that is approximately 1.5cm thick, but you can adjust the amount of potatoes as you wish.

Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater, reserving the liquid. Immediately add salt and, if you want, your favorite spices.

Then beat in two eggs and mix everything well.

Heat a little vegetable oil in a frying pan. Distribute the grated potatoes in the pan, forming a neat base. Cook over low heat, covered, for about 10 minutes, until the bottom is golden brown.
