Baked Fish in Pita Bread Recipe
Ingredients:
- 500g pollock fillet (or any white fish), rinsed and dried
- Salt and selected spices (such as black pepper, paprika, etc.)
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 100g cheese, grated (choose a melty cheese like mozzarella or cheddar)
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 onion, thinly sliced into rings
- 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced into rings
- 4 large pita breads
- 1 egg + 2 tbsp sour cream (for egg wash)
