Baked Fish in Pita Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 500g pollock fillet (or any white fish), rinsed and dried
  • Salt and selected spices (such as black pepper, paprika, etc.)
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 100g cheese, grated (choose a melty cheese like mozzarella or cheddar)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced into rings
  • 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced into rings
  • 4 large pita breads
  • 1 egg + 2 tbsp sour cream (for egg wash)
