INGREDIENTS:
2 cup sugar
1 cup carbonated mineral water (important!)
4 eggs
2 cups flour
3 cups of nuts of your choice (e.g. hazelnuts, almonds…), ground 1 pinch of salt
1 cup oil or butter, melted
1 pack of baking powder
2 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
For the glaze:
1 50g chocolate
1 50g whipped cream
