Today I want to share with you a wonderful way that will help keep greens fresh in the refrigerator for a long time, as if they were just picked from the garden. With this storage, the greens will remain fresh for about two months.
I usually store parsley and dill this way. But I grow green onions on the windowsill, so I always have them fresh.
So, first you need to wash the greens and lay them out on a towel.
