Before baking, remember to preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a baking tray by lining it with greased parchment.

Let’s start with the test. First, sift the flour and baking powder into a deep bowl, add the butter, cut into cubes, and grind until finely crumbled.

Then add salt, vanilla sugar, sour cream and yolk, kneading until an elastic dough is obtained. Wrap it in cling film and leave it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Separately, beat the egg white with sugar until stiff peaks form, then carefully fold in the chopped nuts.
