Today I want to share with you a recipe for apple dessert, which is so popular in our family that I cook it regularly.

If your apples are sweet, you won’t need to add sugar. I use sweet and sour apples, so I add sugar in small quantities.

To begin, I peel and core the apples, then put them in a glass container and put them in the microwave for 15 minutes at maximum power, for me it is 750 W. You can also bake them in the oven. It is important that the apples become soft.

Next, I cool the applesauce to room temperature, put it in a blender, add sugar and lemon zest, and beat until light and airy, about 5-7 minutes.
